Known in equine circles as the "Cutting horse capital of the world," the county has drawn Tanya Tucker, Christie Brinkley, Linda Blair and actor Barry Corbin to Mowery Cutting Horses and Mare Care,Inc., a joint venture by this married couple Rick and Shelly Mowery.
